1. Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we sure do! 

2. When will I receive my order?

Standard Delivery 

Dispatch time is 1-3 business days after you place your order

USA orders will arrive within 5-10 Business days from dispatch

UK orders will arrive within 10-15 Business days from dispatch

Europe orders will arrive within 7-14 Business days from dispatch

INTERNATIONAL orders will arrive within 14-20 Business days from dispatch

3. What's my order status?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification with your tracking number. You can also see all order updates in your account. It can take up to 24 hours for any updates to hit your inbox!

4. What happens if I put in the wrong postage details or address?

If you have entered incorrect details please contact us as soon as possible via email.

Please include your order number and name used.

5. Where can I find my tracking number?

You will receive an automatic notification via email with the tracking number provided. If you haven't received a tracking number or any other problems concerning the tracking number please email us at: support@daislashes.com and we will be happy to assist you.

6. What if I'm not at home when they deliver?

We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. For many of our customers, this may be a work address. However, if you are out, the usual procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “We Stopped By” card (or similar). You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you. 

Sincerely Daislashes do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” such as in the shed, garage or with a neighbor, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel. 

7. Undeliverable Items

If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. Your delivery will however not be returned as we have paid for the items to be sent to you. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.  

8. Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control.
