How Do I Claim?

To be eligible for our Growth Guarantee, you must follow the recommended usage of our products for a minimum of 90 days. If you do not see satisfactory growth, you can claim your refund by following these five steps:

1. Take a photo of your eyelashes or eyebrows on the day of your first application, with a time stamp.

2. Use our products consecutively for 30 days and take another photo with a time stamp.

3. Continue to use our products consecutively for 60 and 90 days, respectively, and take photos with time stamps.

4. Email your three time-stamped photos to support@daislashes.com.
